Responsibilities

  • Transform complex automotive jargon into simple and understandable language, becoming the go-to expert for our customers.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our skilled technicians to provide accurate estimates and recommend services that will leave our customers ecstatic.
  • Keep our customers updated on their vehicle's progress and swiftly resolve any unexpected hurdles that may arise.
  • Embrace multitasking like a pro, effortlessly juggling phone calls, walk-in inquiries, and celebratory high-fives from satisfied customers.

Requirements

  • A genuine love for cars and a contagious enthusiasm that will leave our customers revved up.
  • Exceptional communication skills that could make even the most stoic statue crack a smile.
  • Ability to stay cool, calm, and collected under pressure, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Stellar problem-solving skills to navigate the twists and turns of automotive conundrums with grace.
  • Impeccable organizational skills to keep our service lanes flowing seamlessly.
  • Proficiency in computer skills to whip up estimates and enter service orders like a pro.
  • A valid driver's license
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or extensive knowledge of automotive service and repairs preferred
