Building and Maintenance Manager

Our client, a leader in the concrete surface coating industry, is currently experiencing significant growth. To support this dynamic expansion, our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of equipment and buildings. Tasks

• Oversee services related to repairs, maintenance, construction, HVAC, plumbing, and other areas linked to building maintenance.
• Perform equipment maintenance in accordance with preventive maintenance protocols, including pest control management.
• Handle seasonal tasks such as cleaning and maintaining the exterior and landscaped areas of buildings.
• Manage equipment emergencies as the main point of contact between employees and external contractors.
• Supervise maintenance schedules, perform safety tests, and develop emergency response plans.
• Request quotes from suppliers, negotiate pricing, and collaborate with the procurement and accounting departments to follow up on orders and payments.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Job requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to travel to Mascouche, Ville Lorraine, and Mont-Tremblant.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (in both French and English).
• Flexibility in handling various responsibilities and adaptability.
• Forklift driving experience (an asset).
