We are looking for a professional in the fields of Geoscience, Hydrogeology and Environmental Engineering to join our Earth and Environment team. This opportunity involves supporting project coordination and completing technical aspects of projects tasks both in the office and in the field. The focus of the team is on hydrogeological investigations, environmental due diligence as well as brownfield and site re-development. The candidate will be based in the Greater Golden Horseshoe area and supported by local team members and those located across Ontario.

We offer a flexible hybrid work model, enabling you to work from home and from one of our offices. The role could be based out of our Mississauga, London or Kitchener offices.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Project coordination for planning and execution of field work;
  • Fieldwork including soil and groundwater sampling, drilling, hydraulic testing and contractor oversight;
  • Data entry and data management – including field and laboratory analytical data;
  • Data analysis - including hydraulic testing, soil and groundwater data, tables, and figures.
  • Produce and analyze geomatic data related to the environment (Map Info, ArcGis, CAD) in partnership with our Geomatics Department;
  • Technical report writing and proposal preparation (Phase I and II ESA, Hydrogeological Investigations, Excess Soils, etc.);
  • Maintain healthy collaboration with various internal departments and clients in order to support business development and visibility for the Team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, earth science, or environmental engineering (required);
  • 1 to 5 years of experience conducting or participating in hydrogeological and environmental field investigations;
  • Registration as a Professional Geoscientists of Ontario or Professional Engineers of Ontario (an asset);
  • Graduate degree (M.Sc., M.A.Sc., M.Env.) (an asset);
  • Focus on technical excellence, quality control and on-going professional development;
  • Interpersonal skills to work individually and as part of a team;
  • Strong writing and communication skills;
  • Command of the French language (an asset);
  • Valid Canadian driver’s license (required).
