Advantage Personnel is seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Petroleum Tank Installer to join our dynamic team!

This role is critical to operations, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and repair of petroleum storage tanks in both residential and commercial settings. As a licensed installer, you will travel to various job sites across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
In this position, you will work with a team of experienced professionals, handling all aspects of tank installation, from site assessment and preparation to final inspection and customer training. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:
* Execute the installation of petroleum storage tanks, including aboveground and underground tanks, ensuring adherence to local codes and regulations.
* Conduct thorough site evaluations to determine optimal tank placement and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
* Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on existing petroleum tanks and associated equipment, ensuring their safe operation.
* Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks during installation and maintenance activities. Ensure that all work is compliant with federal and provincial regulations.
* Communicate effectively with clients to explain installation processes, address concerns, and provide guidance on tank operation and maintenance.
* Maintain accurate records of installation and maintenance activities, including compliance documentation, inventory logs, and service reports.
* Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate project timelines and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Candidate Qualifications:
* Valid certification as a Licensed Petroleum Tank Installer in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia
* Completion of a recognized training program in petroleum tank installation or a related field
* 3 years of experience in petroleum tank installation or a similar role is preferred, however new grads are always welcomed!
* Strong understanding of petroleum tank systems, installation techniques, and safety regulations
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various environmental conditions
* Willingness to travel to job sites across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, including overnight stays as required
