As an Operations Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions to support and grow our digital document landscape. This will include developing, optimizing, managing DocuSign workflows and supporting our digital document landscape. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other departments impacting projects and deploying a hands-on approach to execute your identified tasks and deliverables.

Day to Day

  • Support and Troubleshooting:
    • Review and respond to any urgent emails or support tickets related to DocuSign issues.
    • Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with DocuSign.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve problems, escalating if necessary.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, configurations, and support activities.
    • Generate and distribute regular reports on DocuSign usage, issues, and resolutions.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing:
    • Conduct training sessions for new users or when new features are implemented.
    • Create and update user guides and training materials.
  • Implementation Support:
    • Assist with the rollout of new DocuSign features or updates.
    • Provide on-the-ground support to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Requirement Gathering:
    • Schedule and conduct meetings with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
    • Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business needs and feasibility.
  • Workflow Configuration:
    • Collaborate with the Canada DocuSign team to configure and optimize workflows based on gathered requirements.
    • Test and validate workflow configurations to ensure they meet business needs.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
    • Develop detailed test cases and scripts for UAT.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule and facilitate UAT sessions.
    • Monitor testing progress, document any issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Essentials

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in creating and managing DocuSign workflows, with a strong understanding of DocuSign CLM.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in DocuSign CLM, API integration, and related technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to train users and collaborate with various departments.
  • Familiarity with Agile Principles (Scrum, Sprints)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills, pays close attention to detail and follow-up, and properly balances priorities and resources
  • Ability to prioritize, pro-actively work independently and collaboratively across organizational levels, functions, and supports business needs across different time zones and during periods of heavy workload
  • Ability to adapt quickly to competing priorities while remaining focused
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Exhibits a positive work attitude, and high productivity
  • Proven track record of collaboration team members to ensure business needs/goals are met

Desired Primary Work Location: Burlington, ON

Applicable Pay Range

$65,674- $98,512

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, pension plan, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are subject to eligibility.
