Position: Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Hybrid Mode)

Location: Brossard

A company in the food sector, located near Brossard, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join its team in a hybrid work environment.

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will collaborate with different departments while providing strategic and operational support to the sales team.

Main Responsibilities

• Effectively support sales team members (VP, director, representatives)
• Create and update tracking and communication tools for the sales department
• Actively participate in and organize sales department meetings
• Assist the VP of Sales and Marketing with various projects (in-store tastings, contests, promotional materials, social media ads, website updates, etc.)
• Design PowerPoint presentations and analyze data using Excel
  
  
  

Required Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination, ideally in the food industry
• Experience in the deli products category would be an asset
  
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (creating spreadsheets, analysis) and the ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Clear and respectful communication
• Curiosity and ability to understand market trends, products, consumers, and clients
