Account Supervisor
DDB Canada
Date: 3 weeks ago
City: Edmonton, AB
Contract type: Full time
For us, people always come first. They're the soul of our agency. It takes amazing folks to make amazing work. That's why we make sure everyone who comes through the door is as great as the people who are already here. It's also why we constantly strive to build diverse teams where everyone brings something unique to the table. Because you can't make the unexpected if you only work with the usual suspects. By bringing together diverse thinkers with different backgrounds and perspectives, we validate Bill Bernbach's notion that an idea can turn to dust or magic, depending on the talent that rubs against it. So, come be part of the magic.
As an Account Supervisor, you are the operational lead on the team. You have responsibility for both the day-to-day execution and strategic thinking for your campaigns and projects. Balancing overall supervision of projects while ensuring quality control is maintained by the team are key skills to your success. Broadcast, radio, digital assets and website production experience is a core role at this level.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship: You are the "go-to" and seen as a partner for your clients. Cultivating trusting relationships with your clients, you become an expert in their business and the forces that shape it.
Project Stewardship: Owning key client projects, partnering closely with Program Management to ensure successful delivery while supporting Strategy and Creative with all relevant client and category information.
Integration: Strong collaboration across departments and partner agencies, facilitating interdisciplinary project success.
