SALARY: $36.97/ Hour

After successful completion of probation and training: $38.18/hour

SHIFT: Rotating shifts:

  • 12 hour shifts, 3 days a week with a weekly rotation of day shift and night shift

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install, alter, repair, maintain various electrical systems and related equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical code specifications
  • Plan layout and illustration of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
  • Work as part of a team to troubleshoot and repair equipment, including disassembling and reassembling electrical equipment/machinery
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, to ensure compliance with codes
  • Maintain a preventative maintenance program for plant equipment

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess Journeyman Certification (442A ticket)
  • 1 year experience as industrial electrician mandatory; 3 years experience preferred
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic equipment
  • Good understanding of PLC troubleshooting and programming
  • Excellent troubleshooting, Demonstrate problem-solving skills and Continuous learning mind set
