This is an on-site position in Victoria, BC. Candidates must be in British Columbia to be considered for this role. If you are based in Vancouver and looking to relocate to Victoria, please apply as well.
In this role, you will support a variety of this company’s clients in Victoria. You will provide hands-on IT support at their respective locations. You will support with Azure, Office 365 support and network maintenance.

- Provide technical support for Office 365, Windows 11, Azure Active Directory
- Support with user onboarding and offboarding, and deploy hardware
- Support with server and network maintenance
- Provide advice and guidance to end users
- Work collaboratively with the IT team across Canada
- Participate in the on-call rotation with the IT team
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Support / similar position
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
