Looking for talented and energetic Motor Grader Designers to add to the existing skills of our Product team. About the Position: 

The successful candidate(s) will be working as a member of the Grader Product Engineering Team in one of our facilities and will be given the opportunity to gain valuable experience, knowledge and exposure in the design, manufacturing, and support of our products. The level of responsibility and specific assignments will be based on the abilities of the candidate.

Our Designers are responsible for the creation and ongoing improvement of our product in multiple engineering disciplines including structures, drivetrain, fluid power, high voltage, low voltage, CAN bus networks, diesel systems, battery systems, to meet the challenging conditions of the mining industry.

Offers the rare combination of being exposed to both design and manufacturing environments to apply your skills to integrate many different pieces of technology and systems to achieve the best possible product. The successful candidates will be able to acquire experience working with a strong team of mobile equipment designers and other specialists.

Skills Required

  • Expert on Operator Ergonomics & Visibility
  • Focus on Human-Machine Interface & operator comfort improvement by Controls' Grouping & Layout Finalization based on operator feedback, ISO & safety guidelines
  • Solidworks design experience preferred
  • Experience in Cabin System Integration/Design
  • Experience in Sheet metal Steel Structures
  • Experience in Non-Metallics (Interior & Exterior Trims), Seats, ROPS, FOPS, OPS, HVAC Units, etc.
  • Experience in Parts standardization, following APQP protocols, conducting DFMEAs, DFM/DFA/DFR Audits, Design Reviews, following BIQ checks & finalizing DVP&Rs

Education & Experience Required

  • 2-3 years of industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related
