Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and coordination. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $45000 - $57000 yearly

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure all event needs are met.
  • Help with venue selection, setup, and breakdown during events.
  • Maintain event budgets and track expenses as needed.
  • Support the marketing efforts for events through social media and other channels.
  • Create and distribute event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for future improvements.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in event planning, even if voluntary or internship, is a plus.
