Senior Google Administrator/SME
– Job Description
- SSO implementation of approved design (3rd party vendor has provided documentation for setting up configuration); assist with release management and best course of action moving forward
- Domain change execution, domain will be specific to the school board
- Configuration of google email, calendar, contacts etc.
- Teams & SharePoint replacements (Spaces and Chat)
- Thought leader that recommends how they would set up all the above for implementation
- Confirmation of scope for data migration
– Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of Google Administration experience
- Experience with email and all associated configuration and routing rules for Google
- Experience with configuration of all email, calendar, contacts, tasks, etc. for functionality
- Experience providing guidance on MS Office Application conversion into Google Apps (ex. Teams and SharePoint into Spaces and Chats) enabling all relevant functionalities
– Preferred Skills
- Experience working with third-party migration partners
- Experience in the Education sector (post-secondary or school board)
– Assignment Start Date ASAP – 6 weeks to start
