Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Manager Home & Building Operations on a permanent basis on our Home and Building Solutions team (HABS).
This position is a remote opportunity and can be based in Regina SK, or Winnipeg MB.

What you’ll do:
Improve financial results for the local Co-ops using consultative influence in the area of the FCL budget, local Co-op operational improvement reviews and action plan development addressing identified goals and opportunities.
Provide strategic leadership to achieve budgeted local Co-op HABS sales and financial results within the designated zone focusing on Home Centres and supporting other HABS locations.
Collaborate with HABS Operational Advisor teams to engage local Co-op GM/CEOs and teams to develop, support and facilitate operational and sales growth action plans, including identifying same store and external sales growth opportunities.
Provide feedback and collaborate with HABS Home Office regarding local market conditions, competitive pricing and programs, marketing activity and making recommendations for sales programs and promotion ideas.
Approximately 60% annual travel required.

The Team: You will work closely with the Director of HABS, Operations Advisors, local Co-op GM’s /CEO’s, Operations/Division Managers, Home Office Managers, will have 3 direct reports, and will report into the Senior Manager, HABS Operations. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, expertise, and results.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- Have 8+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience in retail store operations.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business, or commerce (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
