Warehouse Supervisor

Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the warehouse operations of a growing company in Brantford On. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and the proper management of inventory and staff. You will play a key role in ensuring that our warehouse functions smoothly and meets performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods
• Ensure that inventory is properly managed and accurate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and operational policies
• Coordinate with other departments to manage inbound and outbound shipments
• Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency
• Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to warehouse staff
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or orders
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus
• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., WMS, Warehouse Management Systems)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
