Description

Job Description: As a Front Office Representative at Messa Sync, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service, manage front-desk operations, and handle administrative tasks. You will represent our brand with professionalism and ensure a welcoming environment for everyone who visits our office.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage front desk operations including scheduling, appointments, and mail distribution.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing office supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide information about company services and support various departments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures and office policies.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
