The Opportunity
F2 is currently seeking a Marketing Manager with a growth hacker mindset to join our team to drive customer acquisition. As our expert on all things digital marketing, you’ll take charge of all inbound and outbound initiatives to increase visitors and drive conversion at each step on the funnel, optimizing digital programs, development lead nurture strategies, and marketing/growth automation. Digital marketing is not only your job, but your passion. You’re a self-starter who takes action and drives quantifiable results. You enjoy working both autonomously and collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain workflows for multiple visitor personas and value propositions.
- Drive growth and strategy for all acquisition channels with primary focus on digital channels.
- Create and manage user acquisition campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Build and execute product go-to-market plans including strategy, competitive positioning, and product launch with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Develop, manage, and optimize SEM strategies and budgetspend.
- Drive optimization through A/B tests and experiments.
- Analyze user behaviour data to increase traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Benchmark, track, and report on ROI’s and KPI’s for all campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop automated reporting and analytics for website, social media, SEM, SEO and marketing automation platforms, and report on key trends, areas for improvement, competitive position and overall compliance with marketing KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with internal and outsource teams to create relevant content to prospects and customers.
- Assist with the development, management and implementation of online marketing strategies and campaigns to meet sales, margin, acquisition, and retention goals.
Requirements:
- University Degree in marketing or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in related B2B digital marketing/management experience in the technology or software space (or equivalent skills & knowledge).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in generating growth, defined as quality MQLs that convert into opportunities in B2B settings.
- Proven track record of multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B solutions, launching new programs, and onboarding new technology.
- Experience managing multi-touch attribution models.
- Hands-on Hubspot knowledge.
