Food & Beverage Coordinator

Fairmont Chateau Whistler's Food & Beverage Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the department, and a variety of Food and Beverage managers, across multiple outlets.

Salary Range: $54,000 - $56,000

Job Duties Include:

  • Maintain organizational systems and structure for the F&B Administrative office
  • Provide administrative support to Director, F&B
  • Liaison between F&B operations and PR/Marketing
  • Work alongside Outlet Managers to ensure payroll is up to date, and reporting lines are correct
  • Communicate with colleagues regarding administrative information in the F&B department


  • Administrative/coordinator experience is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years Food and Beverage operational experience
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Service oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
