Team Lead, Health Finance

We are looking for a Team Lead who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the LendCare Health Finance team to ensure performance targets are being met by the representatives and act as subject matter expert for escalations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and hands-on direction to the Health Finance team and its merchant partners.
• Coordinate and optimize team scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and maintain productivity.
• Perform quality reviews of each team member to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coaching and training as needed.
• Guarantee that merchant inquiries and internal escalations are addressed promptly and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Communicate & implement process changes.
• Resolve team conflict quickly and efficiently and escalate further as necessary.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in a target-driven customer service and/or sales environment, contact center background is a plus
• Proven track record of good performance
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage performance of team
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work fulltime, permanent in our Pickering, ON office
  
  

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-5 or 11-7; with occassional Saturday work
