Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Reviewing documents from lenders
- Preparing draft security documents and reporting letters to clients
- Examining completed security documents and other reporting requirements for any shortcomings.
- Communicating with clients and external counsel
- Preparing draft trust letters
- Keeping track of files for follow-up and ensuring that trust conditions and other post-funding requirements are met.
- Conducting the required due diligence searches
