Procurement Policy & Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and interpretation of legislation, regulations and Treasury Board policies which impact procurement (Including such things as Access to Information, where proactive disclosure requirements derive from, the Policy on the Planning and Management of Investments and associated directives, guides, etc.)
• Creation of procurement reporting and procurement policy frameworks
• Proactive publication of contracts, including Open Data reporting procedures and generating procurement reports for all federal government reporting requirements from SAP
• Completing audit and quality assurance of procurement data and transactions as well as experience in the development of an audit and QA program for procurement data and transactions
