In this role, our Claims Concierges are the first point of contact to our customers and brokers. Using their exceptional customer service skills and passion for helping others, they are truly making a difference to enhance our customer service delivery model and provide support and guidance where it’s needed most. What will you need to succeed?


  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Experience working in Claims would be considered an asset.
  • CIP designation or working towards completion would be considered an asset.
  • Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient typing skills preferred.


Permanent, Full-Time

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role that includes the flexibility to work remotely, but regular in-person attendance in our Cambridge facility is expected (twice a week, Wednesdays and Thursdays).
