As a BDR, you'll be at the forefront of our client's growth strategy, identifying and nurturing potential leads to drive business success.


What will your role involve?

  • Researching and identifying prospective clients through various channels
  • Initiating contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Qualifying leads to ensure they meet criteria
  • Educating prospects on products/services and highlighting their benefits
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborating closely with the Account Executives to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Tracking and analyzing lead generation metrics to continually improve your approach

What do you bring?

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a business development, telesales, call center, lead generation role with high volume of outbound calls and KPI experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
