- Conduct routine eye examinations for patients.
- Collaborate effectively with a dedicated support staff.
- Manage a patient load of 14-18 individuals per day while ensuring optimal care.
- Explore and implement any desired specializations to enhance practice offerings.
- Proficient clinical skills in conducting routine eye examinations.
- Ability to perform specialized procedures as required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensing to practice optometry in Ontario.
