What is the opportunity?

As a member of Wealth Management Services, your role is to help our advisors become proficient and consistent users of the myGPS software with targeted clients (both current and prospective).

What will you do?

  • Provide onsite, face to face training of the software to advisors and their teams.
  • Accountable for ensuring usage and client penetration numbers are increasing in the DS region.
  • Develop strong internal networks with the software owners and training and practice management to enhance overall effectiveness of training.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to branch managers after any onsite visit
  • Promote and support a work environment that inspires innovation, creativity, collaboration and diversity

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • University degree supported by a professional designation (CFP, PFP preferred).
  • 5+ years of related experience in one or more of the following areas: financial planning, training and development.
  • Exceptional presentation skills; both written and verbal
  • Knowledge and technical proficiency related to myGPS or other financial software solutions

Nice-to-have:

  • DS branch experience
  • CSC
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian tax system, estate and financial planning.
