Are you passionate about bringing cutting-edge medical equipment and technology to market? Our client, a leader in the medical lighting industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
This role offers a great compensation package including base salary, unlimited commission, medical benefits and vacation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth:
Establish and manage sales accounts in your assigned territory, building and nurturing key relationships.
Expand Customer Base
Identify and pursue new customer acquisitions, consistently growing your client portfolio.
Generate Leads
Conduct cold calls to uncover potential leads and seize new opportunities.
Develop Relationships
Communicate with established leads, fostering strong rapport and long term connections.
Deliver Impactful Presentations
Present compelling virtual and in-person demonstrations that highlight the value of our client’s products.
Experience
Key Qualifications:
2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the lighting industry with a background in distributor partnerships.
Educational Background
A degree in Business or Science.
Sales Effectiveness
Ability to sell to all levels of management with confidence and expertise.
Competitive Edge
A self-starting mentality with a drive to exceed targets.
Communication Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills that inspire trust and action.
