Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Public Relations Assistant to help manage media relations, coordinate press materials, and support various public relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication and brand building, and will play a key role in creating positive brand awareness for Sphirea Plus across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies and campaigns.
  • Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate with media outlets, influencers, and partners for coverage opportunities.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile reports on PR activities.
  • Help organize press events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain and update media contact lists and PR databases.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Assist in managing social media interactions related to PR efforts.


Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with media relations, PR campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater) is a plus.
  • Experience in public relations, marketing, or communications is preferred.
