We are looking for passionate Field Sales Team Lead to manage a team of Brand Ambassadors. In this capacity you’ll be supporting the team on the ground that is going door to door meeting with our potential clients, introducing them to our fantastic products, and getting them onboarded. • Sales experience - you’ll provide ongoing coaching and support for your team: being able to pull from your own real-life experience will go along way to your and your team’s success
• Ability to motivate a team of enthusiastic associates

• Capacity to conduct ongoing training on an as needed basis in addition to creating training support tools

Do you have the keys to success?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales team leadership
• Inspirational and creative sales leader that possesses demonstrated experience driving aggressive results
• Customer service-oriented Teamwork and Collaboration, Adaptability and Initiative.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate problems and opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work in a cross functional team at the divisional and corporate level
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, written and analytical skills
• Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel through assigned territory
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
• Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
• Reliable access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
