Salary: Up to $85K (depending on experience)

You Will Be Responsible For

This role involves supervising a team of employees in warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficient order preparation and delivery across Canada. The Supervisor manages inventory, transport, and warehouse activities, oversees staff, enforces safety and quality standards, and drives continuous process improvement.

Additionally, the role includes coordinating equipment maintenance and negotiating transport rates.

What You Need To Apply

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial level within manufacturing, logistics, transport or distribution industry
• Completed DEC in supply chain, logistics, operations management or relavant years of experience
• Forklift operator (licence or certificate)
• Knowledge of using and ERP system, and Excel
• Excellent communicator
• Strong ability to motivate and mobilize a team
• Skilled in priority management
• Personable, autonomous, resourceful, versatile, and meticulous
• Strong personnel management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
