The expected wage for this role is $18.50-$19.00 per hour.

This is a full-time supervisor role in our Vancouver - Kitsilano retail store, reporting to the Store Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Supervise daily operations and guest experience. Ensure store metrics align with core values. Support training, code of conduct, and policies.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures
• Assisting customers through education and demonstrations
• Embodying brand and values
• Handling retail transactions
• Stocking products and helping with deliveries
• Maintaining clean store appearance
• Collaborating for a positive guest shopping experience
