Experienced Medical Device Sales Rep - Vancouver Island

Tribe is looking for an experienced medical device sales representative to join our BC region sales team, based in Nanaimo and/or the east coast of Vancouver Island. You will represent Tribe Medical Group, the exclusive independent distributor authorized to sell Arthrex, Inc. products to surgeons and healthcare professionals throughout the territory.

As a senior sales representative, you will achieve sales quota’s by supporting surgeons and other surgical staff directly in the OR each and every day, engage in continuous medical education programs, and more. You will establish relationships with other health care professionals like RN's and procurement, train them on the technology, accompany them to labs in Vancouver, Toronto and Naples, Florida, and more.

Previous sales experience is a requirement for this role. Tribe provides a comprehensive training program that is unique to the medical device industry in Canada, entailing a 6 month curriculum that will prepare you to be an expert on Arthrex’s devices, orthopaedic surgical techniques, and cutting-edge technologies for all new reps, experienced or otherwise.

The right candidate for our team is driven, has proven determination, is passionate about what they do, and can manage their time and prioritize successfully. You MUST have at least two years experience in medical device sales. A post secondary degree is required unless your experience and skills are an equivalent consideration. You will be expected to include travel outside of the province for labs with customers and training programs, including into Ontario as well as Arthrex’s headquarters in Naples, Florida.

We provide a base pay, monthly auto, cell & parking allowances, commission, bonus and more.
