Being a Health And Safety Advisor With Us Means

• Optimize workers' compensation and retrospective plan files, including follow-up with consultants and integration of OHS files during acquisitions;
• Implement and update a computerized OHS system, with user support to ensure effective use;
• Create, deploy and maintain occupational health and safety programs, as well as OHS committees;
• Assess OHS risk prevention needs and make recommendations to improve workplace safety;
• Conduct post-accident investigations, make recommendations, follow up on actions and manage visits by CNESST inspectors.

Will you be our next Health and Safety Advisor?

• You have a DEC in occupational health and safety, a certificate in OHS, or a BAC in human resources/industrial relations;
• You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in OHS risk prevention;
• You have experience managing a retrospective plan (mandatory);
• You have excellent decision-making skills;
• You have basic knowledge of the French language (spoken and written for discussions with our French-speaking teams) (asset).
