The Opportunity

• Assists in the educational development needs of CSFS staff and communities we serve and customizes training and education programs to fit CSFS and community needs.
• Works with staff to determine core competencies of positions are met and develops education plans and assessment programs in partnership with employees, leadership and Human Resources.
• Develops a training needs assessment as required.
• Coordinates curriculum and instructional materials and other resources for program delivery focusing on a competency-based evaluation model.

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Post Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Three years’ experience in an adult learning and development role
• A combination of education and experience may be considered

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $34.0579 to $44.1058 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
