The Opportunity
- Assists in the educational development needs of CSFS staff and communities we serve and customizes training and education programs to fit CSFS and community needs.
- Works with staff to determine core competencies of positions are met and develops education plans and assessment programs in partnership with employees, leadership and Human Resources.
- Develops a training needs assessment as required.
- Coordinates curriculum and instructional materials and other resources for program delivery focusing on a competency-based evaluation model.
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Post Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Three years’ experience in an adult learning and development role
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
