Our client is keenly seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst who can become a strategic asset for their team. The selected candidate would be utilizing their technical proficiency with advanced analytical skills. This pivotal role would involve strategizing and executing comprehensive data processes, delivering intricate analytics, and producing actionable strategies to enhance revenue, identify market opportunities, and decipher customer behaviour.

Key Duties Include

• Analytics and Insights: Carry out data analysis to solve key business questions related to revenue, market opportunities, and customer behaviour.
• Business Insights Delivery: Offer actionable insights promoting business improvements and strategic decision making.
• Data Strategy Development: Craft and execute strategies for effective data management.
• Data Hygiene Management: Assure the integrity of data in Salesforce and other related systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
• Dashboard and Reporting: Design dashboards and reports in Salesforce to assist executives in understanding key metrics.
• Campaign Analysis: Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Customer Segmentation: Help classify customers to enhance marketing targeting.
• Competitive Analysis: Research competitors and industry trends to inform strategic choices.
• Data Collaboration: Partner up with different teams to ensure access to critical data for decision making.
• Data Processing: Undertake data extraction and processing across numerous sources to support marketing initiatives.
• Automation and Scalability: Find ways to automate reports and make them scalable for future needs.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Marketing Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or related role.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Salesforce, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google BigQuery, and PowerBI).
• Experience with email marketing measurement tools, A/B testing/multivariate testing, and social media analytics.
• Advanced skills in SQL with experience handling large datasets.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong presentation skills to effectively relay analytical insights to business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
