What will you do?

  • Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
  • Complete assigned work to meet team SLA
  • Manage customer payments
  • Complete Daily and Weekly Reporting
  • Complete exception handling and open order investigations
  • Investigate and reconcile aged AR
  • Provide exceptional customer service, internally and externally
  • Represent Reliance proudly as an ambassador
  • Provide additional analytical reporting and other support as requested by Supervisor/Manager
  • Coordinate the activities to identify, troubleshoot and find solutions to problems related to process, people and IT failures
  • Responsible to ensure that process documentation related to the scope of responsibility are kept current
  • Develop and nurture a culture of safety, quality, service, efficiency, and consistency
  • Processing assigned work

What do you bring?

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in managing customer payments and receivables including the reconciliation of payments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills
  • High level of attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion
  • Advanced computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite- Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Related experience in the HVAC industry would be considered an asset
