Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to assist with various events and functions. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during events, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment.
- Assist with registration and check-in processes for guests and attendees.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Help manage event logistics, including crowd control and information dissemination.
- Assist with any other tasks as assigned by event managers or supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
