Job Title: Application Architect - Cloud Specialist


Duration: 6 months (plus optional extension)


Location: Fully Remote (Government of Canada)


Overview:

Our client, a federal government department, is embarking on an exciting transformation project in the realm of Artificial Intelligence. The objective is to streamline processes and provide immediate, customized support to business line managers and employees, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct LLM development assessments following AI Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices.
• Design and develop workflows and model interactions utilizing Azure Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, and Google Vertex AI Studio.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance a chatbot using the LLM ChatGPT model with Python, integrated with Google Vertex AI.
• Create a common chatbot UI using React.
• Track, coordinate, and resolve issues with bug tracking tools.
• Innovate by implementing robust and reusable code to maintain and improve chatbot performance.
• Complete and update the Process Design Document and Solution Design Document.
• Design, develop, and test chatbot logic flows, and deploy the LLM chatbot.
• Create and enhance common standard libraries in line with AI CoE best practices.
• Meet project timelines while recording chatbot issues and service requests.
• Support chatbot testing activities, including vulnerability assessments and red teaming techniques.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and actively participate in analysis and code reviews.
• Follow deployment strategies for chatbot development, including updates and upgrades.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working with OpenAI/Chatgpt and AI experience in a Public Sector project.
• Proven experience in designing and developing workflows and model interactions using Azure Copilot Studio and Azure AI Studio.
• Strong cloud infrastructure experience, particularly in setting up pipelines and working with YAML files.
• Valid Enhanced/Reliability Security Clearance is mandatory for consideration.
