With an impressive yearly revenue growth, Lansweeper is rapidly expanding its Enterprise Sales team. Today, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager based in Austin, TX. We are seeking individuals who can help us evangelize and sell our industry-leading solution through the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Foster and nurture relationships with existing customers, leveraging video meetings to understand their needs and analyze their usage of Lansweeper
  • Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring no prospect goes unnoticed
  • Engage with IT professionals, managers, and purchasers through effective email and phone communication
  • Conduct screen sharing sessions to provide potential customers with a comprehensive overview of Lansweeper's capabilities, involving presales colleagues as needed
  • Contribute to various projects that drive and support Lansweeper's growth
  • Foster your professional growth by continuously learning and expanding your skillset
  • Actively contribute to process improvements, software enhancements, and enhancing the overall customer experience

Job requirements

The Ideal Candidate

  • Speaks French as a second language
  • Is a self-starter who thrives without constant managerial supervision, motivated to excel and achieve targets
  • Recognizes that solving customers' problems and fulfilling their needs is the key to success
  • Demonstrates integrity, takes responsibility, and understands the importance of collaboration in a larger world context
  • Embraces prospecting challenges and is fueled by achieving tangible results

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting individual quotas and achieving sales success
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
  • A university degree is preferred but not required
