Job Description

AAA Canada is looking for a Drivematic Operator to bring their expertise to our team.

Your role will be pivotal in a team where every member's contribution drives us forward and leads to our collective success.

Responsibilities

• Study and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand assembly requirements.
• Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and forms sheet metal components according to specifications.
• Safely operate a Drive Matic auto-riveter within aerospace industry to create sub-assemblies or finished products, adhering to strict quality standards.
• Conduct through inspections of assembled components to ensure accuracy, quality and adherence to aerospace industry standards.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances, making adjustments as necessary.
• Safely handle and store sheet metal materials, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.
• Work closely with other members of the manufacturing team, including engineers and machinist, to achieve seamless integration of sheet metal components into larger assemblies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols ans guidelines, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Five (5) + years of manufacturing aerospace with operating a drive / auto riveter machine.
• Proficiency using a variety of hand tools, power tools and sheet metal fabrication specifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal land communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety guidelines.
  
  

Required Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
