What You’ll Do
- Open, organize, and maintain client files
- Manage calendars and schedules efficiently
- Draft and prepare legal proceedings and client contracts
- Handle client invoicing and administrative support
- Work closely with a talented legal team
- 2+ years of legal experience in litigation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
