Forklift Trainer

Position: Forklift Trainer – Part-Time

Location: On the road – Greater Montreal Region

Salary: Up to $27 per hour based on experience

Hours: Flexible

Are you experienced with forklifts and possess strong communication skills? We have a fantastic part-time opportunity for you as a Forklift Trainer, where you can share your expertise and make a difference.

Job Overview

As a Forklift Trainer, you will lead engaging training sessions for both new and seasoned forklift operators. Your in-depth knowledge of forklift operations will ensure that all trainees are well-versed in safety protocols and operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions covering both theoretical and practical aspects of forklift operation.
• Assess trainees’ skills and knowledge to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and update training materials as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance operators’ skills.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• At least of 2 years of forklift operation experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant education (CEGEP/diploma/certificate) in training, health and safety, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of forklift operations and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to tailor training methods to accommodate various learning styles.
• Valid driver’s license.
