You are:

A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Development Associate Manager with minimum of 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions. The candidate should be proficient in Salesforce configuration and administration and have experience in software development. Experience in Sales, Service and/or Experience cloud is a plus. Deliver Application Development services as per defined capacity by region. Conduct discussions to gather business requirements. Perform release planning and drive with consistent approach. Coordinate with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs”) on requirements and execution. Perform product upgrade impact analysis and planning. Mange new platform implementations


  • Solution Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and customize Salesforce application built in Sales, Service or Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.

  • Create estimations and staffing plans based on requirements.

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

  • Implementation: Develop and implement workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects within Salesforce.

  • Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing.

  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.

  • Manage and Lead engagement teams to deliver projects.


  • Qualifications:


  • Strong proficiency in English

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a similar role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SFDC - Configuration, Customization, Apex Programming, VisualForce, Lightening Framework, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), CI/CD pipeline, AppExchange, Version Control, Data Management, release management, Design and Build enablement, Data migration, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and JQuery

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements and technical challenges.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Team Management: Ability to Manage and Lead project delivery teams spread across different regions.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

  • This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week


  • Preferred Qualifications:


  • French language proficiency considered an asset

  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, PD1, PD2, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud

  • Experience with Salesforce: Experience in administration, configuration, implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM and applications based on Apex Language. Experience in designing and implementing custom solution using SF Object, SF fields, WorkFlows, validation rules, Approval process, sharing rules, visual force pages, apex classes, controllers & triggers, Salesforce lightening and various other components. Experience in Data migration and integration.
