AECOM is looking for a quality assurance specialist for its operations in New Brunswick, in order to continue providing the best services and solutions to its customers.

 

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, update and implement the quality assurance program;
  • Develop and implement activities to improve compliance with the quality assurance program;
  • Ensure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements;
  • Plan, conduct and document internal audits;
  • Coordinate and support audits carried out by external service providers;
  • Evaluate audit results and implement appropriate corrective measures;
  • Assist project managers in establishing project-specific quality assurance requirements, based on project needs and AECOM standards;
  • Train project staff in the use of quality assurance resources and tools;
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions; Identify training needs and organize interventions to meet quality standards;
  • Approve contractors' quality assurance programs, where applicable.


Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering or equivalent;
  • 2 years demonstrated experience in quality management;
  • Good knowledge of project management and health and safety; Knowledge / mastery of ISO;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English);
  • Mastery of the MS Office suite and strong skills with IT tools.

Qualifications:

  • 6 years demonstrated experience in quality management; Autonomy and resourcefulness.
