How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Lead a diverse team across multiple locations, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work culture
  • Provide strategic leadership to respective units to ensure client satisfaction, account retention, and participate in RFP processes
  • Maintain a professional business relationship with the client by directly negotiating contracts and matters pertaining to account operations
  • Develop, manage, and analyze budgets, making data-driven financial decisions to optimize operations
  • Ensure financial performance and goals of the account(s)/district 
  • Drive and implement innovative initiatives that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Oversee compliance to all company & client policies and procedures
  • Ensure implementation of the business plan for the client that establishes a rapport, promotes partnership and fulfills the clients’ needs and expectations
  • Monitor unit operation to ensure the highest quality of products and services
  • Engage with various stakeholders, presenting complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Anticipate and resolve problems proactively, ensuring alignment with client priorities and company objectives.
  • Promote and support workplace diversity initiatives
  • Drive a strong safety culture 


What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Degree in Business Administration and/or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of top of unit leadership experience in a Corporate environment
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Hospitality services in a multi-site/multi-facility portfolio
  • Bilingualism in French & English is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a diverse team across multiple sites
  • Proven track record in managing budgets and utilizing strong financial acumen to drive performance
  • Proficiency in Excel and an operational excellence mindset, with a strong capability to analyze and interpret data
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating integrity and professionalism
  • Proven negotiation and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems driving & implementing innovations
  • Proven track record implemeting new operating standards and managing change with client & employees
