Source Atlantic is seeking a Crane Supervisor to join our team in Saint John, NB.

As a Crane Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all crane service operations, while ensuring safety and efficiency. This role involves coordinating service jobs for technicians, ensuring compliance with safety procedures/training, and maintaining technician equipment/tooling requirements. You must be willing to participate in continuous professional development. Some travel & overtime will be required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
• Must enjoy working with customers
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in crane, rigging or safety is preferred but not a requirement
