Salary: Starting from $50,000 per year or more, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Type: Permanent

Work Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, finish at 3 PM on Fridays!

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails
• Provide technical information about the company's custom products
• Prepare quotes
• Collaborate with distributors and manufacturing agents
• Produce quotes by calculating product measurements and quantities from simple plans
• Track orders and input them into the system
• Work closely with procurement and logistics teams
  
  
  

Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, experience with ERP is a strong asset
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in customer service within a manufacturing, construction, or related environment
• This position requires a high level of proficiency in English, as it will be used frequently for most tasks. You will serve and advise clients and distributors outside of Quebec and provide them with technical information on the company's products
