About The Role

Our client, a growing AI powered technology provider in the manufacturing sector, are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Customer Success Manager to join their trajectory in helping operational excellence in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to facilitate customer adoption and retention of SaaS-based AI and IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Customer Success Manager takes an essential responsibility of building and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the manufacturing space to ensure their success with our AI-powered solutions.
  • Lead onboarding sessions and provide training for new customers, providing needed support and resources that they may understand the value and functionality of our solutions and maximize benefits.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans, tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and challenges, to ensure they are achieving maximum value from our products.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring customer feedback is integrated into future product development and business strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams in understanding customer needs and identifying renewal requirements and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics, including product adoption, customer satisfaction, and retention rates.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in AI, IoT
  • Prior experience in a SaaS company serving enterprise-level clients
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing sector and how AI or IoT technologies can drive efficiencies and innovations in this space
  • Technically savvy with strong understanding of AI, IoT, and SaaS technologies, including implementation and support
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead compelling product demonstrations and facilitate engaging training sessions
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships at all levels
  • Proactive approach to identifying problems and finding innovative solutions that meet customer needs
  • Comfortable working with data to analyze customer usage patterns and identify trends or areas for improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI or IoT solutions for manufacturing
  • Proficiency with various customer success management tools and CRM systems
