The Role

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the Digital Marketing Director is responsible for amplifying Seequent’s global presence through digital channels and generating quality leads for our solutions. This is a people-management position and involves overseeing all digital marketing activities, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including people managers. The core functions managed by this role include Digital Experience (Web), Social Media, Growth Marketing and Campaign Execution
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth
• Track and report on digital marketing KPIs and metrics to senior management and provide regular updates on campaign performance and progress towards goals
• Work with Marketing Operations to ensure full utilization and selection of our Martech stack
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the digital marketing team
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members
  
  

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

• Demonstrable leadership experience within digital marketing, ideally having led teams across multiple locations
• An innate understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up to date awareness of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
