Description

The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners, ensuring their success on our platform. The role focuses on driving partner engagement, optimizing discoverability, and improving restaurant revenue by increasing order value (OV). The ideal candidate will be proactive in managing partner relationships, reducing churn, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

What’s On Your Plate

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the key contact for restaurant partners, addressing any issues, needs, or concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with partners to review performance metrics and business strategies.
  • Act as an advocate for the partners within the organization, providing insights and feedback to improve the platform’s value to the partners.

Maximize Partner Discoverability

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to increase restaurant discoverability through SEO, local advertising, and promotions.
  • Implement strategies to improve restaurant visibility on the platform ensuring they appear in relevant search results and categories.
  • Advise partners on menu optimization, pricing strategies, and promotions to increase visibility and engagement.

Revenue Growth Optimization

  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to increase the Average Order Value (AOV) for restaurant partners.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that enhance customer experience, driving repeat business and higher spending per order.
  • Work with partners to leverage platform tools, including loyalty programs and upselling features, to maximize sales.

Churn Reduction

  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to improve partner satisfaction and engagement.
  • Work closely with restaurant partners to address operational challenges and find solutions that reduce churn and improve retention.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to help partners fully utilize the platform’s features and services.

Collaborative Problem Solving

  • Work cross-functionally with product, customer service, and marketing teams to address partner needs and improve the overall platform experience.
  • Collaborate on new product rollouts, ensuring partners are informed and prepared to take full advantage of new features.
  • Participate in team strategy meetings to share partner insights and contribute to overall business growth initiatives.
