Leadership Development Training Facilitation :

Here’s Where You’ll Be Focusing
Leadership Development Training Facilitation :
- Provide National Leadership support by facilitating leadership training for employees, including frontline leadership and corporate individual contributor and people leader training
- Support execution of specialty training for new hires
- Coach and advise training participants as required throughout training sessions
- As the internal subject matter expert on leadership content, leverage expertise to advise on content updates and various delivery mechanisms
- Exercise creativity and foresight to plan, deliver, and roll out new training programs as required
- Collaborate with the broader talent team to ensure Individual Contributor and Frontline People Leader training content is relevant and up-to-date
- As required, update or redesign leadership training content based and tailored to the needs of the business across Retail, RSCs, and Corporate
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and other evaluation methods
- Foster a culture of learning, growth, development and continuous improvement as the subject matter expert in leadership development for the organization
- Collaborate with leadership development team to ensure leadership training is integrated into the overall strategy
- Collaborate with HR Retail Operations to assess leadership training needs
- Coordinate with Operations Learning & Development team to support leadership training for in-store management training programs
- Align with HR Retail Operations regarding required support for delivery of frontline leadership training
- 5+ years of leadership training experience
- Strong facilitation skills, both virtually and in-person
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
- Proficient in MS Suite and SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
- Retail experience preferred
- Experience in Articulate 360 for ad hoc eLearning adjustments to support leadership training preferred
