SCTP Program Details:



The Supply Chain Trainee Program is designed for graduates passionate about the intricacies of supply chain management, operations, and strategic problem-solving. This 8-month program offers an exceptional opportunity to dive into our dynamic logistics environment and develop critical thinking and analytical skills essential for success. Engage with our corporate logistics leaders who excel in forecasting, production planning, and efficient delivery strategies to ensure products reach store shelves in optimal condition. This program is your gateway to a rewarding career in a holistic, end-to-end supply chain operation. 

The Supply Chain Trainee Program will kick off Sept 2025

What we offer?

This rotational program spans 8 months, providing a comprehensive, hands-on experience across various Supply Chain operational areas. The exact locations for each rotation will be determined closer to the start date.

SCTP offers a comprehensive, hands-on experience designed to immerse you in various facets of our operations. The program begins with an onboarding phase, including information about our culture, brands, and an introduction to supply chain fundamentals. You will delve into supply and logistics management, focusing on safety protocols, intro to brewing, packaging, and project assignments.

You’ll be exposed to immersive job shadowing at one of three different major brewery sites, followed by our warehouse rotation. At each site, you will learn about the specific operational processes, and work on site-specific projects tailored towards warehouse and transport to gain practical experience.

Following the program, typical first positions after completion of the rotational trainee program: Logistics Group Manager, Logistics Analyst/Specialist.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences or a related field
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Of legal drinking age (18+ in AB, MN & QC and 19+ everywhere else)
  • Geographical & Functional mobility – open to experiencing different functions and locations across Canada
  • Must have graduated in the last 2 years; 2023, 2024 or anticipated graduation no later than September 2025.
